New 6 Month and 1 Year Contracts
If you already qualify for one of our discounts (such as SIH employee, SIU student/faculty, family discount, etc.) then you will receive an extra $4 off a month if you purchase a 6 month contract. You will receive an extra $7 off a month if you purchase a 1 year contract
If you do NOT qualify for one of our various discounts already, you will receive $7 off per month for a 6 month contract, and $10 off per month if you purchase a 1 year contract.
Be aware, you are paying for an entire 6 months or 1 year UP FRONT. To change your current monthly contract with us, you must email Emma at Emma @ CrossFitSoILL dot com, ask us to cancel your current contract, and tell us which new contract (6 months or 1 year) you would like. Make sure you do this before your next charge. Also, please be aware that your contract will be the same: YOU MUST GIVE US AT LEAST THREE BUSINESS DAYS NOTICE IF YOU’D LIKE TO CHANGE OR CANCEL YOUR CONTRACT, OTHERWISE YOU WILL BE CHARGED THE SAME AMOUNT AGAIN. I am with Jenny…Pretty excited about this WOD. I had to You Tube what wall climbs were though. So if ours are anything like them, should be a good time.

OMG!! that’s all I am gonna say about those wall climbs!! 23:26 using 103 for wt, miscalculated this am!! 2110 row for day!! I do have to say I believe CF is making me stronger:)

14:28 Rx’d. Decided to wod with Joni and HollyHockEye at the last minute after the 6er and am happy this one is done for the day!
Good looking wall climbs to everyone so far. Don’t let them intimidate you. They aren’t “as bad” as they sound.
1500 meters of rowing so far today…more to come this evening.

17:27 for WoD using 63lbs. I love the wall climbs!!! They are my new fav. move. We should do them more often. I’m still adjusting to scaling my weights but I’m getting better at guessing at what I should and should not do.

13:56, scaled clean & jerks to 63 lbs. I enjoyed the wall climbs, but am glad that only a reasonable and prudent amount were programmed in the wod.

17:49, 98lb clean and jerks (that’s a 10lb PR!!!) and scaled wall climbs, I agree Mary that was the perfect amount

25:56 (78lbs) Just couldn’t stop at 25:00. I laughed a lot during the wall climbs, and I totally cleaned my part of the wall with my body. Good times.

17:45 with 115lbs. Still trying to get the hang of scaling. I either scale down to much like today or don’t scale enough and don’t finish. I will get the hang of it. Better yet ready to get to the point of no more scaling. I really liked the wall climbs.
