103-113-123-133. Tried 143lbs but failed. Great partnering with Vanessa today, nice work on getting the 143lbs! 9:19 Rx’d for Wod. Only able to row just over 500 meters in the warmup.

98lbs for neck jerk, great seeing laynn this am, she still kicked my butt!!! 9:15 for WOD using 53lbs and 35 kb. My back is feeling it !!

108lbs 1 rep max. Tried 113lbs and failed. Nice work today everyone! Lots of PR’s!! Good job Trish! 6:54 for WOD with 40lbs and 35lb KB. And Mary…nice rowing…You darn near rowed from Carbondale to Murphy!

I can’t remember all the weights attempted for behind the neck jerk, but the last two were 128lbs and 133lbs
I couldn’t find my max for backquats but I think it’s 138lbs so I’m super happy with 133lbs today…
7:35 for second part, 58lbs/35lb kettlebell

10k row in 51:51 (I’m recovering from a cold and was feeling too puny to lift heavy weights overhead). Thanks, Angela, nice job yourself–it seems like you have really reached the next level with your lifting this past month. It was fun watching everyone workout during the row instead of facing the medicine balls. I’m guessing I’ve made it to Lick Creek on my way rowing to Metropolis. And Trish, give it a shot sometime, it wasn’t too bad!

93lbs for the neck jerk thing, then 5:24 for the WOD using a measley 38 lb bar haha. Oh, and a 35lb kb. Went back at 4 and rowed a 5k.

11:23 for WOD with 85lbs. That workout showed me no love.

163lbs 1RM and 4:50 Rx’d. Incredibly happy with the jerk tonight! 150lbs was my last 1RM push jerk. Was a little nervous about doing it behind the neck AND split jerking it. Definitely going to try to start practicing splitting more.

88lb one rep max, tried but failed twice at 93lb attempt. Really liked this movement though. 6:10 for wod, had to use 15lb bar for overhead squats (they are just not my thing).
