There is a Level 1 CrossFit Certification in Memphis, Tennesse the weekend of March 3rd. Ever thought about getting certified and Coaching at our Box? This is the time to do it! You will learn more than you ever thought possible and have a certification under your belt that could be used anywhere any time for the rest of your life! *You MUST scale appropriately with your double-unders! Pick an amount that will only take you about 15 seconds to do each time and that can usually be done unbroken. Singles will be allowed for this WoD*

ATTENTION EVERYONE….please stop tying knots in the ring straps. PLEASE!! It.s a HUGE pain in the ASS to get them out to adjust them and it is completely uneccessary!!! If you need help getting them to stay just ask for help from a trainer. I will be more than happy to help you. Thank you.

My quadriceps told me to do my Gillian Michaels Power Yoga DVD today instead of more squats, and it felt great. Vanessa, you are beautiful! And Johnboy, I really miss our Thursday morning workout dates.
