Patience Beth! There are no rules that say the workout be posted at a certain time the previous night
I got 170 Rx’d (6 rounds 1 rep and 19 BBJ’s). Feeling 100% again after that bizarre (what felt like) near death experience on Friday! So weird!
Then PR’d with a 118 lb Snatch…..so all in all a good day!
