165lbs split jerk, then 13:10 rx’d for the WOD! Let me just say Wallclimbs suck!!!

138lbs for Split Jerk, then DNF for Wod. Got thru 8′s of thrusters and 2 of the wall climbs before my arms decided they were done, and gave out in the middle of a climb, thus falling from the top of a climb. Knee is bruised and sore, but should be fine.

If I had seen the WOD posted last night, I would have set my alarm to “off” for this 33rd birthday morning. However, seeing the 6′er mixers made it worth it though.
Good Job, Mia! I wish I could have paid you to finish my final round or at least that last failed wall climb attempt:) I wish touching tongue-to-the-wall counted as RXD, instead of chest-to-wall. “Go,Go, gadget neck and tongue!” illustrated that last failed WallClimb at five seconds before the cut off time. So sad:(

123 for push jerks!! 13:57 for WOD!! That was hard, 68lbs and stomach to wall!! Lol!!! Had a great time with our sixer’s!! HAVE A HAPPY B’DAY ANTONIO!!! Way to kick that WOD MIA!!!

Learn from the 6ers and scale appropriately guys! There is a 12 minute cut-off for a reason. The thrusters may sound light, but in combination with the wall climbs AND that many reps, 68 lbs is NOT light.

88lb 3RM; 11:01 with 45lbs. Joe got 138lb 3RM; got 1 rep into the 7 thrusters with 88lbs.

Wasn’t able to do this wod due to my shoulders so KK had me to front squats (10, 9, 8, 7, 6) at 68lbs and strict pull ups (5, 4, 3, 2, 1) with the green band. I also did 113 for my 3rm on back squats…so close to 118 but my strength was donzo by then.

143 3RM and 5:01 Rx’d on wod. Happy with both! Finally starting to jerk the weight doing the split instead of push pressing it.

8:03 for the WOD with 68lbs. Over scaled this one on the weights, should have went with more weight.

195 3rm side step split jerk (that’s a patented move fyi), then 11:30 for the wod, mostly rx’d (some of the wall climbs were only belly to the wall). i have a feeling that my shoulders will be sore tomorrow. good times!

103lbs. 3RM Push Jerk. Was practicing the splitting part and completely fell on my a$$. Good times! DNF on the wod (55lb. thursters)… had 1 round to go.

Practicing the split and with my bum wrist got 138 lbs for my 3rm jerk. Then 6:01 Rx’d. Wall climbs are AWFUL!
